DELIVERY & RETURNS
Domestic Shipping
We have kept our shipping & handling charges very simple.
The cost of shipping is per box. Each box is one product pack. The cost of one product pack is $25.00.
The cost of postage is calculated at the check out.

International Shipping
We ship internationally using Australia Post services.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or cost of postage.
International shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Returns/ Refunds
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery arriving if there are any problems with our products.
We can offer you an exchange or refund however, this does not include “change of mind”.
Product Delivery
Sometimes our sauerkraut products can leak or fizz through the shipping process.
Please refrigerate all products on arrival.
Refrigeration will help stabilise the flavour and make our products last longer.
